Casa Malaga is located on the Costa del Sol and only 10 minutes away from the main airport in Malaga. It is a private place with views extending on to the Mediterranean Sea and a private pool from which to enjoy the view, a superb setting for those who wish to relax and still be close to the city.
It is found in a rich land with olive, almond, Nisperos, Kumquat, Pomegranate and Fig trees. Swimming pool is a located in a private part of the villa, and has solar panels on the pool covering. The terraced areas surround the villa allowing each area of the courtyards to be decorated, also there is a dining area with sun shades, BBQ and a small kitchen. The main living room connects to the main central terrace and pool area and includes the views
The villa sleeps up to about 9 people in 5 bedrooms, the additional sofa bed also allows for an extra guest or two. A car is necessary while you are in Malaga, not only this but there is no public transport that is available near to the villa, taxis can be booked in advance however this can be expensive, car hire Malaga is the best choice as they have the best deals available also the choice of car gives you more flexibility where you can go for excursions

Accommodation

Casa Malaga is for families and children of all ages, there are toys in the playroom, pool toys, a full size table for table tennis and a trampoline in the garden. There are some lovely walks from the house for both adults and with young children, there is an easy walk to the top of San Anton for a view of Malaga and mountains.


Bed linen and towels are a part of the cleaning and laundry service, 2 times a week the villa is regularly cleaned and ground maintenance is carried out

There is a deposit of 35% which is required to confirm booking with the full balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival, in addition there is also a security deposit of £450 which is refundable on the basis that no damage has occured during the rental period.
